Had a fab Christmas break! the facilities were top-notch with a heated pool and hot tub that provided ultimate relaxation. Great selection of games in the bar area. Located in a beautiful area with stunning houses around. And the hosts were super friendly and helpful!
Just a few minor issues. the room was a bit cold on arrival and some of the kitchen utensils had water stains.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at Luxurious Winter Or Summer 32C Heated Pool Private Hot Tub & Bar. the heated pool, hot tub, and games room/bar were all perfect for our group, including the teenagers and 5-year-old. the hosts, Paul and his wife, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the house we stayed in was immaculately clean with a lovely layout. It had all the modern amenities we needed, including Netflix, Prime, and WiFi. the location in the beautiful area of Sholden was surrounded by lovely houses. We enjoyed a taxi ride into town which was only £6/£7 each way. I've already recommended this property to all my friends and family, and we can't wait to go back.

Loved the private pool, garden, and BBQ facilities. Free WiFi and parking were a nice touch too. It's not like we needed London Southend or London City airports nearby, but hey, good to know!
Oh, I absolutely hated the fact that I had to do my own laundry with the washing machine. The horror!

I had an incredible time at this luxurious property. The outdoor features, such as the heated swimming pool and hot tub, were fantastic. The quirky chill out area with games and mini bar added to the entertainment. The owner's attention to detail was evident, and the host was incredibly welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The host was welcoming and showed us around the property upon arrival. The outdoor features including the BBQ, heated pool, hot tub, and games area kept us entertained. The property was clean and well-equipped, with Netflix and WiFi available. a perfect place for a family or group stay.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious property. the heated pool, hot tub, and games room/bar were perfect for our family. the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the house was clean and well-equipped. the location had beautiful surroundings and there were lovely houses nearby. We enjoyed the convenience of having Netflix and WiFi in the house. Can't wait to visit again and have recommended it to friends and family.
Getting out of the pool was a bit challenging for me.
